There was comet comment, star sightings, lunar looks and a lot more astronomical fun at the recent Hope Academy of Public Service Star Party on the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana campus. Using telescopes on loan for the occasion, the students located various planetary and star features as part of a study of astronomy in science classes. The clear, cloudless night made for superior stargazing, but also brought winter temperatures. – Hope Public Schools
