HOPE – Parent and community volunteers are being sought to read to students at Clinton Primary School.

CPS Parental Involvement Coordinator Alex Chavez said the program needs volunteers for the month of March.

“We have students in grades K-4 who would love to have you read a book to them,” Chavez said. “During the month of March, we are asking community members to come and read a book to several of our classes.”

He said the only requirement for participation is to register your name, available date and contact phone number at the CPS central office, or call 870-722-2723 to sign-up.

Chavez said volunteers can “like us” on Facebook to learn more details, as well.
