HOPE – The Hope High School campus was already buzzing with activity when classes began Aug. 14.
Ninth grade students entering Hope High School met Thursday, Aug. 3, for freshman orientation to pick up schedules and learn the HHS campus.
Seniors were welcomed back during the annual Senior Breakfast on Aug. 10. “A Tale as Old as Time – Enjoy Every Moment” was the theme for the Class of 2018. HHS Principal Bill Hoglund addressed the class with welcoming remarks and a reminder to begin and finish the year with excellence.
Students and parents returned to the campus that night for Open House to find classrooms, meet teachers, learn classroom expectations, and adjust schedules.
Teachers had already been on campus for a week prior to the start of classes. New teachers to the district underwent orientation and all district faculty met for a general work session.
