KTAL News 6 reporter DeLano Henry filmed a report and conducted interviews Thursday as the Hope High School FFA chapter officers completed preparations for the opening night performance of the 57th Hope FFA Rodeo at Hope Fair Park Coliseum Arena. Thursday’s performance featured Old Timers’ Night with HHS alumni returning to show off their rodeo skills. Friday and Saturday night performances feature current HHS students and other local students in a 15-event rodeo. Junior queens will be selected Friday night, and a silent auction opens prior to the Thursday night performance. Rodeo events begin at 7 p.m. and tickets are $5 each. Henry’s report on the FFA Rodeo was to air Thursday at 5 and 6 p.m. on KTAL Channel 6 and at 5:30 p.m. on Channel 45. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools
