Greek Art Winners\r\n
\r\nBeryl Henry Elementary School students recently completed a Greek Art project in Stephanie Smelley’s sixth grade literacy classes. Taking their inspiration from various tales of Greek mythology and history, the students used a Grecian urn template to tell their story. Winners from Mrs. Smelley’s class were Aniya Graham, first; Mizraim Reza, second; and Darnesha Harper, third. Winners from Mrs. Davis’ homeroom were Shuntrice Nash, first; Jessie Hernandez, second; and Breanna Banks, third. Mrs. Collin’s class winners were tyler Patterson, first; Isaac Hellums, second; and, Markeveus Allen, third. Overall winner was Dallas Corbett. Judges for the exhibition were George and Bobbie Smith, representing the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools\r\n
