Special Ed records to be destroyed

HOPE – Special Education records maintained by the Hope Public School District for the past five years are to be destroyed June 25.\r\n

\r\n

HPSD maintains Special Education records for five years after the exit of a student from the program by law, after which the records are to be destroyed. Records maintained from the 2012-2013 academic year are to be destroyed this year.\r\n

\r\n

Should eligible individuals desire to obtain their records, they may do so before June 25 at the HPSD offices, 117 E. Second St., in Hope between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.\r\n
