It's a Zoo

Beryl Henry Elementary School students were introduced to a variety of exotic animals from the Barn Hill Animal Preserve in Ethel, La., including a pygmy python, a two-toed sloth, a South American Ring-Necked parrot, and a blue-tongued skink. Handlers Kaitlyn Seiler and Kalyn Wilson demonstrated how to hold the animals. Seiler did what anyone else might consider some daring modeling with the python, which typically will not bite humans, “unless you smell like their food,” according to Wilson.
