We would like to learn your thoughts on the schools your student(s) attend. We are asking that *ALL* parents and guardians please complete the following survey to help us better understand what we are doing well and areas to grow. This survey should only take about 5 minutes to complete and your responses will remain anonymous. Please complete a survey for each school where you have a student. For example, if you have a student at Beryl Henry Elementary School and Hope High School, you would complete the survey twice, once for each school.
