The HPS in collaboration with Cabun Rural Health Services will provide the vaccine from 9-11 a.m. at BHE and from 1-2:30 p.m. at HAPS, according to Bobcat Clinic Director and HPS COVID-19 Point of Contact Gretchen Carlton.\r\n

“This vaccine is eligible for all children ages 5-11,” Carlton said. “After the child receives their first injection, they will be scheduled a date and time for their second Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.”\r\n

She said a completed parental consent form and completed Bobcat Clinic registration packet are required for each student.\r\n

“Both the consent form and registration packet are available through your campus nurse, on the Hope Public Schools website, or by contacting the Bobcat Clinic at 870-722-2733, option 2,” Carlton said. “Please contact us if you have any questions and we will be happy to assist you to ensure your child receives their vaccination.”\r\n
