Two Hope High School track athletes have qualified for participation in the state track meet after the first meet of the regular season. Senior Nikorean Muldrow has qualified for the state track meet after posting times of 11.06 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 22.03 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the Prescott Wolf Relays.  HHS Track Coach Doug Means said that senior Jaydon Riley also qualified in the triple jump with a jump of 44.4 feet, and is closing in on qualifying in the long jump. Means said junior Lawrence Adetunji is also close to qualifying at state in the 100 and 200-meter events. He said the Prescott outing was the first of the season for the Bobcats, and four more meets remain for other Cat cindermen to qualify for the state meet.
