Spirit Week


The Hope Public Schools will host the Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee for Wednesday, Sept. 15, at The Hub from 9:30-11 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend.

BHE pivots to Virtual Learning


Our students are participating in a workshop with SWAEC Computer Science Specialist Leslie Savell and ADE Digital Learning Rainbow Bagsby.


Flu Shots forms went home yesterday. If you want your child to receive the flu shot at school, please fill out the form and return it to school by September 22nd. If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Mathis, our school nurse. 777-6222

The Bobcat Clinic on the Hope High School campus will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept. 6. Regular hours will be observed again on Tuesday, Sept. 7.

No school on Monday, September 6th. I hope everyone enjoys their long weekend.

BHE t-shirts are on sale. Students will wear these on Fridays. You may pick black, white, or gray for the t-shirt color. Your child will be bringing an order form home.


Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 24, COVID-19 testing at the Bobcat Clinic will be by appointment. Call 870-722-2733, option 2, to schedule a time.

BHE is saddened at the loss of our beloved former student, Blessing Ross. Blessing was truly a blessing on earth. He walked through these halls with a smile on his face. We could always count on him to brighten our day. Our love and prayers go out to all his friends and family.
