Meals for kids

In honor of Dr. Seuss, we served green eggs and ham Monday during lunch.




Beryl Henry Elementary 5th Grade students participated in the SWAEC Kids Can Code event held at Southwest Arkansas Educational Cooperative in Hope, Arkansas on March 3, 2020. Fifth grade team members below placed second in the Microbit Challenge. The Microbit Challenge objective is to encourage collaboration as a team, give students a chance to solve problems using the microprocessor. In addition, team members were required to design an instrument that incorporated the microbit.

First United Methodist Church filled our food pantry this week. Thank you to their Children's Ministry, M&M's for their generosity.

Thanks to everyone that came out in the cold last night for Literacy Night. Some of our 6th graders shared their original poetry with us. Israel performed a solo for us and our literacy teachers had make and take activities for the parents and kids to make and use at home. Then, we finished the evening with our choir.




Josiah, Alysia, Damon, and Skylar represented BHE today at the County Spelling Bee.
