HOPE – The Bobcat Clinic at Hope High School will provide COVID-19 vaccines Thursday and Friday, Sept. 2-3, on the HHS campus for students who wish to receive the second injection in the two-part series.

Bobcat Clinic Director/HPS Point of Contact Gretchen Carlton said appointments will be required.\r\n

\r\n

“Appointment times will be made through your campus administration and transportation to and from the Bobcat Clinic will be provided,” Carlton said.\r\n

\r\n

Proper consent forms and proof of first vaccination are also required, she said.\r\n

\r\n

“You need to bring the consent form completed and filled out by your parent or guardian,” Carlton said. “You will also need to bring your vaccine card that you received with your first injection. If you do not have both items, you will not be able to receive your second dose.”\r\n

Questions or other information regarding COVID-19 or the Bobcat Clinic may be directed to Carlton’s office at 870-722-2733, option 3, during regular clinic hours.\r\n
