HOPE – Campus-based COVID-19 vaccination dates for students and staff of the Hope Public Schools have been set for the remainder of the 2021-2022 academic year.
Bobcat Clinic Director Gretchen Carlton said all remaining vaccination clinics will be open for HPS students ages 5 years and older.
“They are also available for any staff members wanting to receive the Pfizer vaccine,” Carlton said.
Clinic dates for the remainder of the year are Dec. 7; Jan. 12; Feb. 2 and 23; March 6; April 6 and 27; and May 18.
Patients must be registered with the Bobcat Clinic and a completed registration packet is required prior to vaccination. Registration packets are available on all HPS campuses, Carlton said.
A vaccination consent form must also be completed prior to the appointment, she said.
“Please call 870-722-2733, option two, to schedule an appointment,” Carlton said. “The staff will go to the campuses to administer the vaccinations unless the parent or guardian chooses to bring the student to the Bobcat Clinic. They are given those options when they schedule an appointment.”
