January is School Board Appreciation Month! We have an amazing board made up of folks who work tirelessly to ensure our students are receiving the best education they can, that our teachers and staff are rewarded and supported, and that the district remains an integral part of our community. \r\n"Board Member since May 2019. What I enjoy most about being on the board is having the ability to make a difference firstly in the lives of our children, then their parents and lastly the community. For me it feels like an extension to several years ago when I served the District as a School Resource Officer. While students, parents and the community don’t always see the details of our decisions, they need to realize for me, that I wouldn’t do or say anything to them that I wouldn’t do for my own grandchildren who are students in this school district. 'I am all in.' "
