In addition, I want to express our heartfelt thanks for the quick, professional, and coordinated response to you all had to the incident on that Tuesday. Your swift actions ensured the safety of the community, particularly the students, staff, and families at Hope High School, and helped to avoid what could have been a much more dangerous situation.

We are especially grateful to Summit Utilities, the Hope Police Dept., Hope Fire Dept., and the school officials who worked together during this critical event. The clear communication and proactive measures you all took to protect everyone, especially the students, did not go unnoticed. Your teamwork and calmness in such an event were deeply reassuring to everyone involved.

We would also like to recognize the role school officials played ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, coordinating the necessary procedures, and providing support to families and staff. Your dedication to the safety of our students is invaluable, and we are deeply appreciative of all that you do, especially in times of crisis.
