Hope Public Schools is preparing to welcome the next cohort of its Aspiring Leaders program, continuing the district’s commitment to developing and supporting future leaders from within the organization.
As preparations begin for the upcoming cohort, HPS is taking a look back at Aspiring Leaders Cohort 2 and some of the experiences shared throughout their time in the program.
Aspiring Leaders gives district employees opportunities to strengthen their leadership skills, gain a broader understanding of district operations, collaborate with colleagues from across Hope Public Schools, and prepare for future opportunities to serve students, staff, and the community in leadership roles.
Throughout the program, Cohort 2 participated in opportunities designed to encourage professional growth, meaningful discussion, relationship-building, and a deeper understanding of leadership within a school district.
Hope Public Schools looks forward to building on the success of Cohort 2 and continuing to invest in employees who are interested in expanding their leadership capacity and making a positive impact throughout the district.
