HOPE – Hope Public Schools partners, again, with The Cook Center for Human Connection through the Southwest Arkansas Education Cooperative to host a free virtual Family Mental Health night on Wednesday, Dec. 8, from 7-8 p.m. Participants will hear from a leading clinical psychologist, have an opportunity to ask questions, and learn about free resources for them.

For families that miss this event or can’t make it live,  https://ParentGuidance.org provides access to on-demand virtual courses, professional support, and a resource for parents to learn how to support their children and get answers to mental health questions.  Course offerings cover anxiety, depression, self-worth, grief and loss, suicidal ideation and other mental health concerns. All courses are created by therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists and other certified mental health practitioners. There is also an “Ask a Therapist” portal for questions.\r\n
