Dr. Crossley, Dr. Carol Ann Duke, Maurice Henry, ARDot, city officials, and other staff discuss changes to pick-up and drop-off at HAPS in relation to the pending construction on 6th Street.
A new culvert and drive will be added to the entrance at 7th and Washington. The car line will approach from the west on 7th street and pull into what was the bus circle. Cars will exit onto Washington towards 7th street, then turn right onto 7th. Buses will come north on grady, into what was the car circle drive next to Dennys Place garden. Buses will exit onto 7th Street.
Students with stops on 6th Street between Hwy 174 (S Fulton St) to train tracks will have new pickup and dropoff points to be announced before school starts.
Hope Public Schools will release a video and map showing the changes once the new culvert is in place at 7th and Washington.
