At Beryl Henry Elementary, students are being challenged in new and exciting ways â and recently, one student got a firsthand look at leadership through a special Principal for a Day experience!
She stepped into the role, learned what it truly takes to lead a campus, and discovered that the job involves even more responsibility and decision-making than she expected. The experience gave her a deeper appreciation for leadership and the work that happens behind the scenes every day.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jones gained fresh perspective as well, identifying a few blind spots and embracing the excitement that comes from seeing leadership through a studentâs eyes.
Opportunities like this are what make Hope Public Schools special â giving students real-world experiences that build confidence, spark curiosity, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
đ« Hope Public Schools is rocking and rolling â building future leaders every day!
