Congratulations to our outstanding graduates from Phase One of the Connecting Families Through English class! Josefina Castillo, Marlene Marrufo, and Maria Alvarez are three dedicated individuals who have successfully completed their first step in mastering English. Their hard work and determination have not only improved their language skills but have also brought their families closer together. Hope High Class of 2024 performed a Graduation Walkthrough! Students and staff cheered them on! Congratulations to our Senior Bobcats!!



There will be an Athletic Parent Meeting on Thursday May 23rd at 6pm in the High School Auditorium. This is for incoming 7th graders through 12th grade. See you there!

Our Senior Awards banquet will be Thursday evening at 6pm at Hempstead Hall. All seniors and their families are invited to attend!
Awards to be announced: senior concentrators and completers, scholarship recipients, honor grads, and colleges will awarding scholarships.

Parents and students enjoyed the Kindergarten RoundUp at Clinton Primary on Monday! This year's theme is "ARGH! You ready to be a Bobcat?" Incoming kindergartners dressed up in pirate hats and had their photos taken with pirate-themed props!

Hope High School graduation will take place on Friday, May 17, inside Hammons Stadium at 7pm. No tickets required! The public is invited to attend.

Students from Clinton Primary School enjoyed a day at Fair Park learning about water systems, healthy snacks, and more! Les Patterson (aka Water Wizard) kicked things off. Students rotated among various stations: Nature Hike, Planting Fun, Pafford, Healthy Snacks, Hand Safety, Water Works (HWL), Making Smoothies, and Yoga. Thanks to 4-H, the Hempstead County Extension Agency, and local organizations for a day full of lessons!

Director of Dining Services, Laronda Duncan shares: "School Lunch Hero Day was May 3rd. I am thankful for these awesome women who wake up early everyday to provide nutritious meals to the students at Hope Public Schools. The ladies enjoyed a special treat from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Thank you, ladies, for an awesome first year!"
