📢 School Closure Reminder Hope Public Schools will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025 in observance of Labor Day. On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, staff will participate in a Professional Development Day. No students will be on campus. Classes will resume on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Mrs. Lewis's 1st-grade class played subtraction bowling! Not only does this activity get the students out of their seats, but it also helps them subtract within 10. Each student bowled and worked together to calculate the amount knocked down (take away) and the amount still standing. They each wrote the subtraction sentence. Learning can be fun!
