In 2024, Hope High School graduated the *MOST* high school students with Associate's Degrees in the state of Arkansas! 23 students who graduated Hope High with their high school diplomas also walked into their futures holding an Associate's Degree from the University of Arkansas-Hope. The next closest school was Texarkana with 16 grads. On August 30th Shelby Blackmon, Rachel Holt, Delma Stewart, and Doni Watson attended the annual High School Counselor Workshop at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas. They were informed about financial aid, upcoming scholarships, and exciting new degrees offered at the university. After lunch, they were able to chat with some of Hope High School’s alumni.

Magnet Coordinators and EAST Facilitators had an amazing day of Glowforge training with our dedicated teachers. A huge thank you to Jason Blake for his expertise and support in helping us master this fantastic tool. We’re excited to bring our new skills into the classroom and inspire creativity among our students!

Grab a bite before Friday night's game! The Hope Kiwanis Club will have the Dean Murphy Memorial PANCAKE SUPPER at the Hope High School from 4:30-7pm on Friday, September 6! Each plate is $10 and you can dine-in or carry-out.

Mrs. Walton and Ms. Robbins 4th Grade CPS - Book Tastings are a wonderful way to get kids engaged in reading and familiarizing them with a wide variety of genres. As an extra bonus, they get to practice “read to self” and find good fit books. GO BOBCATS!! The Bobcats Girls Tennis team SWEPT Gurdon in action on September 3! In Girls Singles, Monica Bobo won 6-1, Lydia Bobo won 6-0, Jamie Young won 6-1, and Grace Easterling won 6-1! In Girls Doubles, Kennedy Phillips and Madison Phillips won 6-4 and Mykah Bradley and Katie Ella Webster won 6-0! No Boys Matches were played. Next Match Mena at Home Thursday Sept. 5

Dear parents, This letter is to inform you that our 7th grade football athletes will begin practicing after school at Yerger starting this Tuesday September 3rd at 5:30pm. Due to the lack of time that we have with our 7th graders in their 1st period class, we decided to bring them back two days a week until the season begins and then once a week for the improvement of our student athletes. 7th grade skill development is vital to building a great football program. Thank you for supporting your student and the program. Practice will last for 1 hour and 15 minutes. We are trying to get all our 7th grade athletes current athletic physical so we can have everyone at practice on Tuesday. A practice schedule, football schedule, will be provided.
