The Softball game scheduled for today (Monday, March 4) versus Mineral Springs has been canceled.

Testing Tips:
Arrive at school on time each day; prior to 7:50 a.m.
Try to avoid appointments during the week of testing so that your child can complete his/her testing sessions.
Try to make sure that your child is present each day of testing to avoid having to do make-up testing.
Try to avoid screen time the week of testing prior to bedtime.
Make bedtime early so that your child can get a good night's rest.
Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep each night. If your child eats breakfast at school, have him/her there early to ensure getting to class on time.
Encourage your child to do his/her best each day because testing is very important.

On Saturday, several of our Bobcats family attended the Teachers Support Teachers fundraising benefit gala! According to their website, "Teachers Support Teachers, a Benefit Corporation whose mission is to live out their vision of "Encouraging the Hearts that Shape the Minds". They do this by providing one opportunity per month for self care for Teachers and anyone in a PreK-12 setting that spends at least 85% of their instructional day with students."
The evening was filled with awards, music, food, and other information and entertainment! The Hope. Bobcats Athletics program was honored during the festivities.

This semester, Yerger Middle School Math, Science, and English teachers scheduled practice assessment dates using the Atlas Classroom Toolbox to help students become familiar with the tests and increase their chances of success on the final assessments. The ATLAS Classroom Tool system is a content creation site educators can use to create their standard-aligned items and tests. The tests created in the ATLAS Classroom Tool can be administered online in the Test Administration Site or as paper test booklets.
