THINGS COVERED: How to identify trees by their fruit, leaves, bark, and shape.
Awareness of the importance of trees is growing whether for shade, lumber, cooling, water conservation, wildlife habitat and food sources.

Great things happening with the 21st Century Learning Community program! Students participated in Paper cutting-Geometry. Deanna Gilbert HPS Food Service Director presented calorie counting. Students built vocabulary playing Scrabble. Ms. Bailey worked with students on reading comprehension.
