🚸 Back to School = Back to Bus Safety 🚌
As the new school year kicks into gear, here's a reminder for all drivers: be extra cautious around school buses. It's time to stay alert and watch out for school buses and children on the roads.
Every time a school bus stops, it’s picking up or dropping off precious cargo. When the red lights are flashing and the stop arm is out, you must stop — it’s not just the law, it’s about keeping kids safe!
A few reminders for all drivers: 🔸 Slow down in school zones 🔸 Stay alert near crosswalks and neighborhoods 🔸 Never pass a stopped school bus — from either direction
Let’s all be patient, stay focused, and make safety a priority. A few extra seconds could save a life.

Teachers from Yerger and BHE participated in an exciting summer professional development with Arkansas A+, where they explored how to integrate STEAM into their curriculum through music, art, movement, and more. This training, in partnership with our Magnet Program, sparked creativity and collaboration — and we can’t wait to see these engaging activities come to life in the classroom!
